Summer, a dancer at the Double Decker Gentlemen's Club, is undergoing treatment at MUSC. Police were called at approximately 12:45pm when a neighbor heard screaming from her apartment which is two apartments away from the victim. Connie Wilson, 71, who also lives at The Guild apartments stated that she heard loud screaming and, upon coming into the hallway, saw that the victim's door was slightly ajar. She went back into her apartment, scared of the aggressor coming after her if she were to approach the sitation.
"I've known Summer and her roommate Evie for the last several months. Whenever Summer sees me carrying groceries in, she always comes to help. She's also taken me to a few of my doctors appointments if my son can't. She's a very sweet girl," Connie stated to us when we reached out for comment.
We reached out to the owner of Double Decker, Jason [last name], but he has declined to comment on the situation and the victim. We also tried reaching out to the victim's current boyfriend, CJ Cutshall, but were also declined a comment on the situation and the victim.
CPD stated that the victim's boyfriend, however, chased the assailant (pictured above left) from the apartment. The assailant has yet to be found. If you have any knowledge or have seen the assailant, please reach out to CPD at 555-465-9873. [ooc note: i could NOT get the effing image to work.]
The assailant has been identified as Tyler Munro of Las Vegas, NV and is heir and owner to the Crazy Horse III where Summer worked previously. According to other witnesses that were able to speak with us, Summer and Tyler dated off and on for six years and he was known to be controlling and abusive. Per Michael LaValla, longtime friend of the victim, they had an idea of the behavior happening whent they were together but were never clued in to just how deep it was."They had a very back and forth relationship," he said. "It was just them. She'd have bruises from time to time, but would only tell us that it was because she bumped into something or was from work since she was a dancer here, too. No one knew where she went. She just packed up her things and was gone. I haven't heard from her since she left back in August 2019." Tyler's father, Byron Munro, also is a partial owner at he Four Queens Casino and allegedly has ties to a mob family, even though the mob hasn't been "known" in Vegas for some time.
We will provide updates regarding the assailant as far as his arrest if and when he is found.
